The Greater Things event is for believers who want to start praying for the sick, or who want to make more progress in this vital area.
The day will have four main sessions:
Session 1: The theology of healing.
Session 2: Examining how Jesus trained his disciples to heal the sick.
Session 3: The role of Words of Knowledge in healing, and how to get them.
Session 4: Worship, Words of Knowledge and praying for the sick.
The final session will provide a practical opportunity for attendees to apply lessons learnt from the day.
The event will also include a number of testimonies of healing designed to encourage and inspire.
It is hoped that the day will lift the faith and expectation of Christians to pray for the sick in their home churches, and so copy the example that Jesus set all disciples.
The day also includes lunch.
